Job Description
We are seeking a Regulatory Research Assistant (Nutrition) to become an integral part of our team! You will assist the manager of Research and Development and perform under general supervision to work in specialized processed food development.
Responsibilities:
*Regulatory/FDA
*New production development
*Lab work
*Testing, Order Ingredients, favors, materials, office supplies, etc.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in regulatory, FDA, research, nutritional, food or other related fields
Familiar with fundamental research practices
Deadline and detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Up to $50k/year plus benfit
