Our Site Manager is looking for a reliable Pre Brief Operative to help ensure the smooth running of their depot operation.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Taking ownership of Google Documents and keeping them updated
• Signing our hand held devices called Saturns in and out to drivers ensuring all Saturns are accounted for
• Reporting and logging damaged Saturns so these can be fixed without delay
• Keep the depot internal system called universe pots up to date 
• Dealing face to face with customers who have come to the Depot to collect their parcels
• Taking responsibility to resolve any customer queries satisfactorily 
• Happy to help with a variety of duties which may include supporting colleagues on the warehouse floor.
