We are looking for an Amazon Network Planner to join our high performing team. 

We as a team collect anything up to 300,000 parcels from our customers and deliver to Amazon.

Your key accountabilities will include; but are not limited to;

• Allocating hub / depot trailers to the agreed slots with Amazon to fulfil the SLA
• Network Planning - Fixed Slots and redirections to clear backlog
• Using Amazon platforms to communicate with Amazon ROC/ Amazon Program managers
• Monitoring / Reporting of Amazon trailer usage and potential risks to DPD stakeholders
• Approving the FCs implantation at Hub level / Network
• Approving the inbound collections at Hub 2 / network with DPD planners / account management
• Claims escalations / high level parcel complaints
• Monitoring claims and overturning any non-compliant claims
• Liaising with Amazon and dealing with high level escalations / DPD issues
• Liaising with Amazon for planning and strategising for the day to day operation
• Project work in improving overall compliance of the amazon operation
• Communication between various DPD departments to manage the network amazon operation.
• Weekend operation planning with Hinckley Depot
• PEAK Preparations - Meeting with Amazon and cooperating the plans at DPD
• Planning slots according to Amazon forecast

About You

You will have previously worked in a similar role and be analytical, data focused, highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail.
You will also; 

• Be able to work as part of a team and build rapport with other departments
• Have a strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of formulas.
• Be someone that really enjoys resolving problems and demonstrates high levels of self-motivation and flexibility.
• Be a confident Communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels
