Our Communications Manager is looking to recruit a talented Marketing Executive to join their experienced team at our Head office in Smethwick, in order to provide a quality marketing service to the business. As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for supporting the Communication Manager and Head of Marketing in achieving marketing objectives through delivery of various programmes with a particular focus on Social Media. You will implement and manage a strong brand presence on all Social Media channels providing engaging content for our social media accounts. 

Other Key responsibilities of this role are; 

• Supporting our sales department  by devising and executing marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives. You will work closely with the design team to produce high profile sales collateral for promotion of DPD services

• Supporting the marketing plan utilising the marketing mix to ensure the Top Tier Marketing objectives are met

• Maintain and promote positive brand awareness constantly throughout the business. 

• Work with the wider team on projects to ensure a coordinated marketing response. 

About You

As the successful candidate you will ideally be educated to Degree level or equivalent  and have at least 3  years experience within a similar role within a high profile brand. 

• Demonstrable experience in producing creative, engaging and high quality marketing campaigns especially through a variety of Social Media platforms 

• Excellent communications skills with the ability to communicate in a number of formats and with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 

• Self motivated, with a passion for producing high quality work 

• Strong service focus with a desire to  provide  an excellent level of service to support all areas of the business. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and workloads as well as the ability to prioritise and organise own workload efficiently.

Job Specifics

A Full UK Driving Licence is essential for this role as there could be some travel around the UK.
