Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Depot Quality Manager to join and strengthen our highly experienced depot management team. This role will be based out of our Distribution Centre in Dunstable LU5 4TP

This is a business critical role and as a Depot Quality Manager you will be instrumental in driving quality and compliance within the depot across multiple areas. The key focus areas in this role will be 

  • Transport
  • Health and Safety
  • Compliance

You will also be responsible for legislative requirements around Environmental,and ISO and for coaching, mentoring and motivating office administrators and customer service advisors in delivering amazing service

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

As the successful candidate you will have a strong knowledge and understanding of quality, audits and compliance ideally gained within a transport setting. It would be advantageous if you were aware of CPC and O Licence requirements.

Additional Information

    Job Specifics

    You will have a comprehensive induction to DPD, this will include both a corporate induction followed  by a thorough induction of our Network Operation. 

    Your typical working hours will be Monday to Friday. However as our Depots operate 365 days a year there would be occasions where you will be required to work weekends as and when required. 

    A full UK driving licence is essential.
