DOTSOFT is looking for a Researcher / Project Manager to join its projects team, focusing on the implementation and management of research and innovation projects (Horizon Europe, ESIF/ESPA, etc.).

This role combines technical writing, understanding and communicating innovative solutions, and active participation in project communication and dissemination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, structure, and review project deliverables (technical and non-technical) in English and Greek

• Contribute to proposal writing for European and national funding programmes

• Understand and clearly articulate the value of products and services in technical and business-oriented documentation

• Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and engineers to accurately document technical solutions

• Support project management activities and monitor project progress

• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and workshops with project partners

• Contribute to dissemination and exploitation activities

• Degree and Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science)

• Experience in writing deliverables and/or participating in EU-funded projects (Horizon, ESIF, etc.)

• Excellent command of English and Greek (written and spoken)

• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, structured content

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

Additionally / preferred: 

• Experience in proposal writing (Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, etc.)

• Familiarity with technologies such as AI, IoT, data platforms, or smart city solutions

• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
