Work schedule: This is a full-time fixed-term contract (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
Duration: The contract will take place over a period of 34 weeks from April 29 to December 20, 2024 (depending on the availability of the candidates).
Location: You will have the opportunity to work at the studio or in Flex mode.

What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Montreal studio’s Senior Brand Manager, your role will be to contribute to the creation, planning and execution of the marketing plan for Lost Records: Bloom & Rage.

Your mission will be to:

  • Help in the creation of the marketing plan for Lost Records: Bloom & Rage;
  • Create and maintain a retroplanning for the execution of the marketing plan;
  • Help coordinate with DON’T NOD Paris for the execution of communication beats;
  • Assist the Senior Brand Manager in the creation of marketing assets internally and through external agencies;
  • Create and maintain an archive from production assets for marketing use;
  • Manage the coordination of versions of assets for social media, PR, web, and other platforms;
  • Help prepare pitch decks for external and internal use;
  • Assist in budget tracking and billing;
  • Keep aware of the industry latest trends.

Qualifications

The must-have skills we're looking for

  • Experience and/or interest in the video game industry;
  • Being proactive and having a sense of organization;
  • In order to contribute to the preparation of official presentations, it is necessary to have good communication skills in English (both spoken and written) for this role;
  • Good interpersonal skills with an interest in collaboration and problem solving.

What would set you apart?

  • Previous marketing experience in the video game industry;
  • Having completed a college or university degree in marketing or a related field.
