What you'll be doing

DON'T NOD is looking for a Press Relations and Content Creators Manager to strengthen its Communications team. This job is based in Montreal and open to remote working (partial or full time).

As a member of the global Marketing & Communications team based in France, you will report to the Head of Communications and will work in collaboration with all the Marketing, Communications and Publishing teams as well as with the creative teams and the Montreal studio. You will be at the heart of projects and will participate in the definition of the press relations and content creators strategies on the North American territory.

Your mission will be to:

  1. Lead the press relations efforts for DON’T NOD group and its line up in the USA and specific North American countries.

    • Support and implement the overall PR strategy for the group and its games;
    • Develop and manage media databases to ensure coverage and follow-up on the territory;
    • Organize and manage relevant local and international events;
    • Coordinate interviews, meetings and events (some dedicated to the Montreal studio and its future creations);
    • Create dedicated documents, including press releases, messaging, guides, etc.;
    • Produce dedicated reports (reporting, monitoring, coverage analysis).
  2. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring content creators campaigns in the US and selected North American countries. Your main objective will be to set up relevant and original operations with creators, that match DON’T NOD group's creative vision and values.

    • Support and implement the overall creators relations strategy for the group and its games;
    • Develop and manage creators relations: identify relevant contacts for each project, work on communication angles and mechanisms (partnerships, content creators contracts, content, etc.);
    • Develop new creative approaches or dedicated operations (sponsored or not) to organize and manage;
    • Manage the budget dedicated to content creators in this territory;
    • Write and monitor creative asset briefs to ensure they are optimized and facilitate content creation on different channels;
    • Analysis and use of KPIs for future campaigns.
  3. Organize and follow up on corporate opportunities in Montreal under the direction of the studio's General Manager and in close collaboration with her teams on site.

    • Respond to opportunities for the Montreal studio (interviews and local speaking engagements, participation in local events, partnerships, roundtables, panels, etc.);
    • Organize and manage relevant local corporate events.

Qualifications

The must-have skills we're looking for

  • At least five years' experience in Press Relations and Content Creators management, mainly in North America and within the video game industry;
  • You are rigorous, autonomous and know how to prioritize;
  • Great oral and written communication skills;
  • Great writing, grammar and spelling skills;
  • Good knowledge and relationships with key media and content creators in North American countries;
  • Good knowledge of the video game industry.
