Job Description

If you are looking for high earning potential, this role is perfect for you! You will be working closely and reporting to the company's management team. We're growing and looking for a Business Development Intern with grit, coupled by the ability to break down and communicate high level concepts to potential members and relevant stakeholders. You'll play an important role in helping to bring in leads to grow our member base, and help to develop sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for DOJO's workspace solutions by helping to acquire new members (clients) and securing contracts
- Identifying growth opportunities, formulating sales and marketing plans which support profitable new business and retention objectives to expand DOJO's competitive position
- Contribute business development ideas and strategies, and executing tenaciously to achieve growth objectives
- Determining client objectives and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit their needs
- Prospecting new member leads and identifying relevant channels to capture member leads
- Maintaining updated CRM records
- Gathering and consolidating market intelligence, including information on market trends, projects, clients and competitors in the industry
Qualifications
- Recently completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Sales & Marketing, or Real Estate
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as this role allows for transition into a full-time role
- Available for a minimum of two (2) months
- Experience in a related field (sales) is preferred but not necessary as fit is prioritised for this role
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and listening skills
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin are must-haves
- Must possess your own transport
