YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO 

With the exciting re-opening of ONYX Restaurant in Vienna, you have the opportunity to join our team as an International Sous Chef (m/w/d). Playing a key role in leading the hot kitchen team, maintaining the highest culinary standards and creating exceptional dining experiences from day one.

Your main responsibilities: 

• Culinary leadership and operational responsibility
• Ensuring the highest quality and service standards
• Overseeing food production and ensuring smooth operations throughout daily service
• Continuous development and refinement of innovative dishes  
• Ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards

WHAT SETS YOU APART 

• 6+ years of professional experience in luxury gastronomy and completed culinary training
• Exceptional knowledge of Japanese-Peruvian cuisine
• Experience with Mediterranean cuisines such as Turkish, Greek, Italian or Spanish
• Performance-driven mindset
• Strong team spirit  
• Valid work permit for Austria
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken); other languages are an advantage

OUR ATTRACTIVE OFFE

A gross monthly salary of €5,000 per month on a full-time basis (All-In contract). Willingness to overpay depends on qualifications and individual agreement.

Must be willing to relocate to Vienna. A valid work permit for Austria is required.
