Job Description
YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO
- Technical and disciplinary management of the team
- Responsibility for invoicing and accounts receivable in the areas of International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges and Hotel
- Collaboration in the ongoing invoicing and accounts receivable accounting process
- Preparation of outgoing invoices to national and international customers
- Posting of bank and cash vouchers and outgoing invoices
- Collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Ongoing process improvements in the area of automation and digitalisation
Qualifications
WHAT SETS YOU APART
- Successfully completed higher commercial education (HAK, FH, Uni)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position would be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and assertive, charismatic personality
- Professional communication skills in German and English
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Enjoy team and project work
- High hands-on mentality and strong numerical skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience in working with Business Central 365

OUR ATTRACTIVE OFFER:
Starting salary of € 3,950 gross per month on a full-time basis (all-in contract). Willingness to overpay depends on qualifications and individual agreement.
