Job Description

We are searching for a talented Product Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our products. In this role, you will leverage your data analysis skills to extract valuable insights from various sources, transforming them into actionable recommendations for product development and improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Data Acquisition:

    • Identify and define relevant data sources for product analysis, including user behavior data, market research reports, and sales data.
    • Develop and execute queries to extract data from internal databases, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and web analytics tools.
    • Clean, organize, and prepare data for analysis using tools like spreadsheets or data visualization software.
  • Data Analysis:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and customer behavior insights.
    • Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to communicate findings effectively.
    • Analyze user feedback and A/B testing results to understand user preferences and product performance.
  • Product Strategy & Improvement:

    • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product development, roadmap prioritization, and feature enhancements.
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate data-driven insights into product iterations.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of product changes on user engagement and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a data-driven field such as statistics, business analytics, or computer science (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in product analytics, market research, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization tools).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate complex data insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into product improvements.
  • Nice-to-have: Masters or Ph.D. Degree in a quantitative field; Experience in Life Science and/or Healthcare
