Job Description
- Lead all aspects of product marketing for our suite of solutions targeting clinical diagnostics market, including messaging playbook, content creation, event marketing, lead generation, brand awareness, customer case studies and more
- Analyze and communicate market size, share, growth, and competition as well as status quo techniques and technologies to develop messaging and go to market (GTM) plans
- Understand where target personas are getting information and, in partnership with the Demand Generation team, build content, co-marketing, and sponsorship opportunities to run campaigns that capture new leads and/or drive usage
- Have clinical diagnostics market domain expertise and be a trusted partner to the product team and relay customer, sales and market insights that inform product roadmap decisions and strategy
- Partner with the Sales and Service teams to improve the end-to-end user experience including funnel optimization and sales enablement programs to help achieve pipeline goals.
- Bring new and updated products to market, taking the lead on launch strategy, planning, timelines and more to ensure maximum impact.
- Produce compelling sales enablement materials that resonate with our audience and drive engagement
- Build strong matrix partnerships with; Product, Sales, Solution Science team, Services and Marketing to ensure alignment on priorities, realistic assessment of capabilities, and proactive prioritization of resources
Qualifications
- BS or MS degree in life sciences or biomedical field. Previous work experience within clinical diagnostics or a related biomedical field is strongly preferred
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in product marketing or product growth in biomedical industry working in or with clinical diagnostics companies
- Have a deep understanding of market landscape for the clinical diagnostics ndustry and sub segments within and in the context of NGS technology and analysis software
- Strong customer focus in terms of understanding diagnostics customer needs, drivers, and buying journey, with ability to utilize VOC, VOS, and market research to gain a better understanding of competitive landscape
- Proven experience with marketing proficiencies: 4Ps, marketing mix, marketing channels, audience segmentation, product positioning, customer journey, and marketing program development and execution
- Excellent written ability to communicate both clinical, scientific, and business content in a digestible format, including pitch decks, case studies, webinars, white papers, blog posts, etc.
- Proven ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams to achieve established goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual starting salary for this position is between $180,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
