We have an exciting opportunity for an Import/Export Agent to join our Ocean Freight team. In this role you will coordinate the importation of ocean freight LCL consolidated containers on behalf of importers via DGF’s Ocean Freight NVOCC import product lines. You’ll serve as the single point of coordination between origin offices and ocean carriers ensuring service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with client and company objectives. Other responsibilities may include preparing documents necessary to complete the import process and ensuring that invoices of rendered services are completed accurately and timely.

Candidate must have 1-3 years of very strong customer service skills along with freight forwarding experience..
