• Checking the raw material while receiving & FG while dispatch.
• Checking of Critical control Point & Processing Parameters while manufacturing.
• Monitoring Hygiene station cleaning & material availability.
• Verification of Area Line Clearance & Collection of samples for Laboratory testing.

• Educational degree in food safety & quality assurance (diploma and above)
• English language
• 1-2 years experience in Food Industry & QSR.
