Job Description

For the Powertrain team, in the Aftermarket department, we are looking for a Product Life Cycle Manager to join a dynamic group of 8 individuals with diverse backgrounds.

Our team has a great mix of commercial and technical expertise. Together, we're dedicated to creating innovative products and services for both aftermarket and OES customers. 

This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, covering the entire supply chain from supplier to customer and product life cycle management.

You'll have exciting opportunities to lead cross-departmental sustainability projects, making a positive impact within and beyond our organization!

Your main responsibilities will be

  • Collaborate on mid & long-term product and service strategy for Powertrain and Sensors in the Aftermarket Business Development.
  • Conduct market analyses, identify trends and support pricing policies with  stakeholders.
  • Maintain supplier relationships for optimal product conditions and pricing.
  • Lead New Product Introduction process, support product range development and manage market promotion.
  • Co-create annual sales plans, maintain master data and pricing and provide input for sales forecasting.
  • Review and implement countermeasures for product sales performance.
  • Manage stock levels for optimal inventory.

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelors degree in technical/automotive engineering. 
  • International 3-5 years relevant experience in the automotive market.
  • Preferably experience in an International (automotive) organization.
  • You have experience with structuring and analyzing of big data bases
  • You work systematically and have attention for detail.
  • A team player who is able to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
