Job Description

For our Robotics division at the Mörfelden-Walldorf site near Frankfurt, we are looking for a Assistant Manager Customer Support (m/f/d) to be filled at the earliest. 

As a Application Engineer Robotics (m/f/d), you have to act as a direct interface to the customer and make an important contribution to customer satisfaction through your service & solution-oriented approach and strive for,

  • explore our customers real needs and expectations, match them with the characteristics of our products and provide adequate solutions,
  • are responsible for our after sales customer support in Europe especially application testing,
  • programming support, trouble shooting, on site service, repair and our customer hotline,
  • support the sales team with your technical knowledge,
  • cooperate with your colleagues to establish a network for service, repair and training
  • realize our robot training for operators, programmers and service technicians

Qualifications

  • University degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics or comparable technical education, e.g. state certified technician
  • extensive programming skills and experience (e.g. C++, Visual Basic, C#, Java or a Robot programming language)
  • electrical engineering knowledge related to factory automation (cabling of robots, control boxes etc.)
  • professional experience in the field of Robotics
  • good communication and social skills
  • fluent in written and spoken English (business language is English)
  • good organizational and planning skills
  • good command of MS Office
