A DENSO Gyártó Magyarország Kft. keres székesfehérvári csapatába, határozatlan időre Szervezetfejlesztési specialista munkatársat.

Your main tasks:  

• Assessing the training and development needs of the company in relation to leadership development and management succession  
• Make progress the concept of leadership development program, select leadership development trainers and coordinate the implementation. 
• Prepare development proposals for human resources operations 
• Preparation and implementation of management and organizational diagnostic tools, development of action plans based on them. 
• Maintaining the company's job descriptions and organizational structure, preparing job evaluations based on the HAY methodology. 
• Support the performance management and succession management system. 

What we expect from you: 

• A Human Resources or Economics degree. 
• At least 5 years of professional experience. 
• Experience in job description analysis. 
• System view is a must. 
• Fluent English language skills. 
• MS Office, user level.

• Experience with personality tests, eg. SHL or Profiles tests
