• User support in the event of problems occurring in the ERP system, including peripheral systems, 1st and 2nd level support
• Support and coordination of the ERP key users in the respective departments
• Creation and administration of access authorizations
• Carrying out updates to the ERP system
• Monitoring and management of problems and incidents
• Monitoring of system jobs, system BODs and workflows in the ERP system
• Managing the helpdesk ticket system of all service level areas

• You have a university degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience in the area of ERP system and database administrations and good knowledge of ERP application support
• You have knowledge of the technological InforLN infrastructure and the InforLN development environment.
