The Internal Auditor will be part of an international team of Auditors that is responsible for conducting 5-6 audits in Europe per year. There are 2 main activities in the team, operational audits and J-Sox control corresponding to Japan-SOX Law.

As for operational audits, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of the operational audits in our DENSO group companies in Europe.

You have to take the lead to review business processes to identify risks and points for improvement related to key control requirements.

You will prepare audit reports to document the work performed. Regarding the J-Sox control, you will assess the status of J-Sox control in our group companies and report the results of the control to regional and global management.

For this challenging position, we request the candidate has:

• A bachelor in Accounting, Control, Finance or related field,
• More than 3 years experience in internal auditing in international company or external auditing, preferable in one of the Big4 accounting firms
• Knowledge of Audit & Accounting principles / theories
• Knowledge of SOX is preferred
• Work experience/Audit experience at Manufacturing company is preferred

You work within an international, very diverse and multi-cultural organization. In view of the international contacts, a command of the English language in word and writing is necessary.
