Job Description

The European Human Resources Department is an international team of experts that provides strategies and operational policies, guidelines and standard models, delivers HR solutions based on customer requirements and defines and implements Pan-European programmes for Leaders and Management in Europe. The Reward Officer reports to the European HR Director, based in Amsterdam.

The Reward Officer provides strategic and operational support regarding Compensation & Benefits, and Mobility Management for DENSO Companies in Europe.

You will act as a source of information for your European HR colleagues, and you will take pro-active action where necessary. You will support local HR of regional DENSO companies with salary budget allocation and align HR processes.

Tasks and responsibility

Reward & Labor cost

  • Annual salary review policy incl. all benefits;
  • Support salary budget allocation in collaboration with local HR of regional DENSO companies;
  • Manage salary reviews for senior leadership population;
  • Cooperate with HR in other EU countries to align processes;
  • Conduct external bench marking, regarding compensations, policies, benefits and systems to maintain local salary structures (incl all components.
  • Analyze and control of labor cost and Head Count (HC) in regional DENSO companies;

Mobility Management

  • Providing appropriate mobility options by regional policy;
  • Promote and plan mobility at regional and global level;
  • Support international job relocation.

Qualifications

For this position we are looking for a candidate with:

  • University / HBO+ level with a HR qualification;
  • International knowledge regarding compensation systems, performance management, labor cost/low through proven track record;
  • Generalist HR knowledge and 3-5 years experience of operational HR;
  • Experience of working in an international environment;(recommendable)
  • MS Office, especially Excel;
  • A systematic, methodical way of working, with an attention to detail
  • Ability to deal appropriately with confidential and sensitive information
  • Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity for cultural differences. Pro-active and takes ownership;
  • You are fluent (written and oral) in English;
