RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring smooth the order fulfilment process form order receipt until goods arrival to Customer by providing information to all stages of the process
• Daily collaboration with Sales departments and Customers
• Keep up-close, high-quality cooperation with other departments: Planning and Procurement; Business Planning, Warehouse, Quality to provide excellent Customer experience
• Leading and developing Customer service group members operation.
• Prioritization of production schedules and changes in case of necessity
• Support the transportation team members to provide timely and cost-effective service for raw material/parts import (EU, Asia) and final products export (EU, Asia, US)
• Conduct annual cost planning (budget) and control activity
• Regular and on-demand KPI reports, presentations to the management

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years experience in logistics leadership role at manufacturing company (preferably in automotive industry)
• Sense to manage priorities and multiple projects by deadlines
• People management experience with 8-10 direct reports
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English
