Job Description

DENSO International Europe, located in Amsterdam, currently has an opening for a highly motivated Govermental Affairs Intern to support its Public Relations Unit for a minimum period of 6 months. In this role you will work as part of a team helping to build and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with colleagues and relevant contacts to ensure that communications programs are carried out effectively.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will:

  • Managing the sustainable reporting
  • Provide support during webinars and events
  • Updating contacts and maintaining CRM tool
  • Coordinate with contacts and partners to manage ongoing projects
  • Contribute ideas and efforts towards the team’s continuous improvement
  • Frequently visit to Brussel office to support Gov Affairs activity
  • Support with G&I project accross EU

 To excel in this role you will need:

  • A background and interest in international relations, economics, global diplomacy, political science or related fields
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An interest in sustainable and public policy
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry a plus
  • Proficiency in Office applications
  • The following competencies: a commitment to quality, a pro-active mindset, creativity and flexibility and the ability to work well within a team

Additional Information

You must be currently enrolled at a recognized educational institution and have a valid permit to work as an intern within the Netherlands.
