Thermal Systems Product Group designs, produces and sells environmentally friendly air-conditioning system, utilizing a compact HVAC unit providing a safe, secure, and comfortable space in your vehicle. We also offer automotive heat pump systems with enhanced energy efficiency, unitized bus air-conditioners for roof-mounting, and other high technology vehicular air-conditioning system products.
Descrizione del lavoro
La risorsa, collaborando con le varie figure del Poirino Plant e del TIE (Total industrial Engineering), si occuperà del miglioramento continuo guidando le attività in ambito produttivo con particolare focus alla riduzione dei costi di produzione e l'aumento della qualità dei prodotti. Obiettivo è il miglioramento dei principali KPIs del Plant, con particolare focus sulla riduzione dei costi di trasformazione.
La risorsa collaborerà direttamente con tutti gli enti coinvolti: qualità, tecnologie, produzione, manutenzione, analisi lavoro, logistica.
Qualifiche
È richiesto spirito di squadra, buone capacità di comunicazione, proattività, autonomia e spirito di iniziativa. Si richiede buona capacità di analisi (excel livello intermedio necessario)
