Job Description

For our Robotics division at the Mörfelden-Walldorf site near Frankfurt, we are looking for a Assistant Manager Customer Support (m/f/d) to be filled at the earliest. 

As a Assistant Manager Customer Support (m/f/d), you have to act as a direct interface to the customer and make an important contribution to customer satisfaction through your service & solution-oriented approach and strive for,

  • Ensuring strong support to our Customers for their Applications and our Products by active Email, Telephone and Onsite at customers.
  • Organization and Management of Repair Centre and Technical Services offered to our customers.
  • Technical Interface between Marketing Department for Marketing Activities for DENSO Robotics in Europe.
  • Active Support to Sales Department for Technical subjects.
  • Key accountable person for Customer Trainings at Robotics Training Centre.
  • Turnover - Sales Responsibility for After Sales market in Europe in compliance with defined KPI´s.
  • Management of Robotics After Sales parts stock.
  • Improving and developing existing operational Processes.
  • Leading and Coaching a Team of 8 Engineers in Europe.
  • Planning and coordination of Daily operations.
  • Continual Evaluation/Improvement of Customer Requirements internally and coordinating the same with DENSO Japan.

Qualifications

  • Master/Bachelor/Diplom-Ing in the fields of Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics or similar.
  • 3+ Years of experience in a Leading/Management role.
  • Excellent Language Skills (Written & Spoken) in German & English. Additional Languages are advantageous.
  • Comprehensive knowledge in Robotics and Automation
  • Experience in After Sales Business
  • Customer focused attitude and Service Oriented mentality
  • Solution oriented thinking & Decision-making ability
  • Hands-On Mentality
  • Has to bring in good Reliability, Organizing & planning abilities.
  • Good Intercultural understanding and Working in Team.
  • Readiness for Travel.
  • Strong MS-Office Skills.
