Job Description

As Sales Representative (m/f/d) you are responsible for the competent technical and commercial consulting of defined customers and support the realization of agreed targets such as sales and profit increase and customer satisfaction.

  • Capture the customer’s requests, requirements and expectations,
  • Support and development of product sales strategies and take care of their implementation,
  • Introduce our products at the customer in the context of presentations during project acquisition,
  • Set up statistics and sales plans,
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow them up,
  • Coordinate the necessary tasks related to offer calculation, prepare offers according our actual QS procedure and negotiate the technical and commercial offer contents,
  • Take care of the general project and order handling (project planning, coordination and controlling),
  • Process the technical specification in alignment with the customer and the relevant internal departments and check contracts,
  • Develop and intensify our customer relationship and directly support the key account management.


  • Technical university degree (mechanical, industrial, automotive or electrical engineering);
  • First professional experience in sales in the automotive (supplier) industry are an advantage;
  • Negotiation skills and persuasive power;
  • Organizational and planning skills;
  • Dedication and self-initiative;
  • Self-dependent working habit;
  • Flexibility;
  • Very good command of written and spoken English (business language is English)
  • Good PC-skills (MS Office)
