Thermal Systems Product Group designs, produces and sells  environmentally friendly air-conditioning system, utilizing a compact HVAC unit  providing a safe, secure, and comfortable space in your vehicle. We also offer automotive heat pump systems with enhanced energy efficiency, unitized bus air-conditioners for roof-mounting, and other high technology vehicular air-conditioning system products.

In the Italian company, DNTS, we are looking for a Reporting & Consolidation Specialist.


 

Support Business Planning Manager to consolidate DNTS’s Plants and BUs, coordinating the information requested to the Controllers, and elaborate and analyse P&L and Balance Sheet of the whole Italian Company.

Ensure the accuracy and the timely of the Submissions requested by Thermal and Corporate headquarters, being the first contact for their requests.

Main activities:

- Labour cost elaboration and analysis

- Variable, Fixed expenses and out of period coordination

- Collect and book Journal entries provided by the Controllers

- P&L & Balance Sheet Consolidation and Submission in Actual closings (Monthly, Quartely and Yearly), Budget and Forecast

- P&L & BS DNTS variance analysis - Spot analysis of DNTS requested by Business Planning Manager, Thermal and Japanese Headquarters

Graduate Degree in Economics or Management Engineering

General accounting knowledge.

P&L and Balance Sheet knowledge.

Proficiency in MS Excel and office suite.

Good in both spoken and written Italian & English.

Natural Capability to work with massive data coping with stressful situation and deadlines.

Having worked in multifunctional teams.

Already engaged in a role with accounting responsibilities  is a plus.
