Our current HR Manager is taking on a new role in our European HR team and we are looking for YOU to join our team of 70 employees at Lindholmen. Our company is a unique and successful mix of Japanese “Monozukuri (the process of making)” and meticulous quality assurance, together with Swedish creativity and ambition. We have over the years become a significant system supplier to the Swedish OEM’s and we are well known for Quality, Technology and Cost as well as for our operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• To include review and approve the local HR budget  
• Responsible for the overall employee lifecycle 
• Implementing and updating company policies
• Monitoring key HR metrics
• Addressing queries of employees  

You will also be responsible for ensuring and contributing to the well-being of our employees while working closely with the European HR team and the HR colleagues in the offices across Europe.

• A proven minimum 7 years operational experience in the field of Human Resources as a HR Manager
• An international mindset with the ability to communicate and work with other cultures  
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal English and Swedish
• Masters’ or Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline

A well-organized approach with the ability to be flexible and able to respond to
changing priorities is also required when taking on the role as a HR Manager. Experience in working with Cornerstone is a plus.
