Company Description

Thermal Systems Product Group designs, produces and sells  environmentally friendly air-conditioning system, utilizing a compact HVAC unit  providing a safe, secure, and comfortable space in your vehicle. We also offer automotive heat pump systems with enhanced energy efficiency, unitized bus air-conditioners for roof-mounting, and other high technology vehicular air-conditioning system products.

You will have the experience of a full-time Internships role in People Development Area, with the possibility to focus on Digital and HR Transformation, Learning and Talent Development, in cooperation also with Organization and Digitalization Area.


 

Job Description

You will support our teams in:

  • Gathering and analyzing HR needs in order to define and implement technological solutions.
  • Clarifying the knowledge and the understanding of HR processes, supporting Organization and Digitalization Area and cooperating with IT Specialists, in the definition of HR systems Architecture (currently within Cornerstone).
  • Embedding the Key-User role in HR digitalization Projects, supporting the HR Project Manager/Area Responsible  in the application of  methodologies, managing the tasks, project plans and evaluating priorities and risks.
  • Partnering with HR colleagues in the change management processes, being the reference point for training on the new tools and applications, providing with assistance and implementing related documentation for the HR systems.
  • Supporting HR function in the management and training of current and future reporting systems
  • Managing the systems set-up and monitoring technical changes/updates and solving technical issues escalating appropriately, if needed.
  • Partner with and support to IT function, garanteing security, correct visibility, organization and usability  of the data included in the HR sistems.

You will also have the opportunity to:
 

  • Perform data analysis in order to create a robust HR reporting system and transitioning toward the new HR Reporting 2.0
  • Assist in drafting reports with guidance and direction (both in Italian and English)
  • Learn and adapt DENSO standard tools and methodologies
  • Take part in designing new and innovative solutions in  People Development & Organization & Digitalisation area for DENSO HR transformation
  • Balance multiple project schedules to meet deadlines
  • Work in different HR related projects and be exposed to different teams and topics
     

Qualifications

You are ideal candidate if you meet the following requirements:

 

  • University Master Degree or Master Degree Student in Engineering Management/ Information Technology, or a computer science specialization
  • Business Administration / Management / Economics
  • Strong passion for people development, innovation, and /or process re-engineering, organization designing, analytics, performance evaluation, technology trends
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to support the design, implement and coordinate development projects
  • Strong results orientation
  • Attention to details
  • Energy and capability to manage multitasking and complex situations
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Access, Power point, Excel)
  • Knowledge of digital, social/business networks will be a plus
  • Italian and English proficiency

Additional Information

  • We offer a 6-12 months internship, canteen and reimbursement.
  • Cornerstone system training will be provided
