Job Description

We looking for a capable Quality Technician / Specialist (m/f/d) for our Service and Quality Assurance Department.

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of the duties and responsibilities in the Service & Quality Assurance Department - Service Section.
You will work in cooperation with DENSO Corporation Japan, DENSO EU Quality Unit as well as with DENSO production plants (local and global) taking into consideration the DENSO Quality philosophy and policy. You will work mainly independently, leading and coordinating the involved departments in all related activities and processes. You will be representing the quality function towards internal and external customers.

Tasks in the Service Section include:

  • Follow up of customer claims (incl. processing in time and administration of incoming and outgoing claim parts) in the relevant B2B portals.
  • Preparation (incl. necessary translation) of reports and analyzes as well as explanation to internal and external customers.
  • Continuous quality observation with emphasis on early problem detection and consistent follow up and handling according to DENSO - EDER - process (EDER = „Early Detection, Early Resolution“).
  • Statistical analysis of claims as well as related reporting.
  • Part of the task includes the accomplishment of investigations at customer side, like on the vehicle and in the workshop with the target of problem identification and elimination for the support of the production plants.
  • Support for Q-problems at customer- and DENSO production lines (in individual cases also at suppliers).
  • Planning and accomplishment of new SQA-projects.
  • Administrative Q-duties, e.g. maintenance of Q-systems.     

Qualifications

  • You are a certificated technician (m/f/d) or automotive master (m/f/d) with appropriate professional experience.
  • In best case you have working experience in the Quality Area of the Automotive Industry.
  • You are a sovereign team player, highly reliable and have a high service orientation.
  • Your working style is flexible and you are ready for field service activities.
  • You are able to work under pressure.
  • You have excellent organizational abilities and methods of planning as well as good negotiation skills.
  • You have a high ability to think analytically and interdisciplinary.
  • You will work within an international and highly diverse and multi-cultural organization on a day-to-day basis. A fluent level of German and very good English ability both written and verbal is mandatory.
  • You have a driving license (class B) and a good command of PC knowledge (MS Office).
