Job Description

We are looking for a temporary support in the Customer Service team (5 months). You will take care of some accounts in an area yourself and support the team in case they need a back-up to ensure a smooth operation. Tasks that the Customer Service team is taking care of:

  • Process orders, forms and requests (e.g. availability, replenishment, delivery times etc.) concerning the designated area
  • Clarify with customers what documentation is required in order to guarantee smooth processing and delivery, especially in non-EU areas
  • Serve Customers directly by phone or electronically regarding all topics concerning orders, shipments and invoicing with prompt response to customer inquiries (internal and external)
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of the Customer while respecting DENSO rules and regulations at all times
  • Set up new customer accounts, maintain customer data base, manage related administration
  • Provide data and reports to support the Sales Team
  • Support the process of warranty claims and return shipments
  • Take corrective actions where needed, e.g. campaign parameters, pricing etc.

Qualifications

You are an enthusiastic team player who is passionate about connecting with customers. You’re able to build relationships and trust with your clients, which allows you to understand their business needs and offer the most suitable products. 

You will utilise not only your excellent customer service and sales skills, but also your agility and time management skills to build and maintain a portfolio of work. 

You are results driven and can work autonomously managing your own portfolio -  with the ability to work under pressure, hold yourself accountable and maintain a can-do attitude! Along with having a positive and friendly phone manner, you also possess strong computer literacy skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems.

Ideally you’ll have previous experience in sales or another phone based role. 

You can demonstrate an eagerness to learn and support others, work within a team and hungry for individual and team success.

Additional Information

Main working location is our office in Weesp, The Netherlands. You need to have a working permit / residence permit.
