Job Description

As a Customer Service & Supply Chain Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the processing of customer orders and its related procurement for multiple business domains within the Aftermarket & Industrial Solutions B.U. By being responsible for both incoming and outgoing flow of goods, you will be able to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Tasks include:

  • Sales order handling, provide timely supply information, solve overdue orders, backorders, misdeliveries
  • Handling of customer requests / complaints, liaising between customer and supplier (DENSO and 3rd party manufacturers)                                            
  • Order input in ERP system, invoicing, documentation
  • Procurement from several DENSO and external suppliers
  • Demand planning (under supervision of teamleader)

Qualifications

For this position we request the candidate has:

Education & Qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics, working with customers and suppliers;
  • HBO work and thinking level, minimum MBO diploma.     

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficient in English verbal and written = must, Dutch and German = nice to have;
  • Strong computer skills: excel, ERP system experience (preferred E1 or SAP or similar), demand planning software.

   Competencies: 

  • Team player, flexible, open and supportive attitude;
  • Experience working in international business environments;     
  • Accurate, structured, quality oriented;
  • Customer focused, professional behavior;                    
  • Good communication and visualization fit for purpose;      
  • Hands-on mentality.
