We are currently looking for a F&A Systems Applications Assistant of DENSO EUROPE BV.  In this position you will ensure that the our financial system JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and connected applications can work efficiently and effectively to the needs of our Finance & Accounting Unit across the European Region.

This consists of 7 Sales Companies which all use the same systems to run our F&A operations. Our department is 34 associates strong of which 20 are located in the Netherlands

You are the first point of contact for all 1st and 2nd  line questions, find out what information they need and respond to this. You ensure that all links continue to function and are optimized.

In addition, you are involved in running queries, creating reports within Hubble, and you support colleagues who have questions about the systems that are used.

Also you will be involved in implementation projects for new F&A systems

TASKS

• Take care of all 1st and 2nd line support questions.
• Maintaining the application(s) based on the wishes from the Unit.
• Resolving incidents, execute standard changes and service requests.
• Instructing users regarding new functionalities.
• Thinking along and advising on the best use of the application in the process of the Unit.
• Support with the implementation of a new European Finance System Oracle Fusion.
• Support with the implementation of a new logistics application InforLN.
• Support with the continuous digitalization within the Unit.

The ideal candidate we are looking for has the following characteristics:

Education and work experience:

• A relevant and completed MBO education
• 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in an international middle to large sized company

Knowledge & competences:

• Affinity with Information Technology such as automation and digitalization
• Knowledge about Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Access) en SQL
• Experience with  JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Finance modules is a must.
• Experience with  InforLN and/or Oracle Fusion is preferred
• Knowledge of Accounting processes is our soft wish
• Ability to work independently with ownership, initiative and flexibility
• Enjoy to work with different cultures in an international environment

You are available for 40 hours a week.

You work within an international, very diverse and multi-cultural organization. In view of the international contacts, a command of the English language in word and writing is necessary. Dutch skills are strongly preferred.

This position in our Finance & Accounting department is located in Weesp.
