Job Description

As Infrastructure Specialist you will join a team of 4 members and you will

  • Participate in the Implementation, securing and maintenance of Windows Server and VMware vSphere environments in combination with centralized storage
  • Manage multiple Windows Server technologies such as Remote Desktop Services (RDS)
  • Manage VMware vSphere infrastructure and embracing Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI)
  • Ensure all compliance requirements and audit efforts are met
  • Develop scripts (PowerShell) to automate or perform operations
  • Liaise with end users and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Participate in the design, implementation and maintenance of networks (LAN/WAN)

Qualifications

  • Experience with Windows Server 2012 and above
  • Experience with VMware vSphere 6.7 and above
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and propose practical solutions
  • Strong experience with Windows Group Policy, Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • Experience with IIS and certificate management
  • Functional knowledge of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancing, VLAN segmentation, etc.
  • Strong written communication skills: must be able to write clear, concise technical documents
  • Ready to embrace the cloud.
