Job Description

DENSO INTERNATIONAL EUROPE B.V. is looking for an E-Learning Content Creator to join our European HR team.

In order to support our Learning & Development strategy across DENSO in Europe, you will design and develop high-quality, instructive and appealing blended and e-learning solutions that comply with latest didactic design concepts and suitable medial standards, to inspire colleagues to continue learning.

You always have an eye on the learning needs and ensure that the learners master the necessary specialist knowledge in theory and apply it in practice.

Being highly creative and with a real passion for online learning, you will set up best practice e-learning courses across all our companies in Europe, leveraging what we already have and create new courses.

In addition, you will take care of our Talent and Learning Management System and other HR systems and tools in Europe with the help of the local system administrators.

Working location will be in Germany or The Netherlands. You can also work (partly) remotely. Wherever your working location of choice will be, we will make sure you get proper onboarding (virtual or in person) and that you are fully equipped to become part of the team from day one.

Key tasks:

  • You create concepts and produce product and subject-specific digital learning content with Articulate Storyline and other authoring tools

  • You ensure that complex learning content is designed and prepared in a way that is appropriate to the target group and promotes learning

  • You convert existing learning content and existing knowledge in cooperation with other departments into meaningful and interactive e-learning formats and manage and optimize curricula and learning content

  • To do this, you formulate curricula and learning paths with the help of storyboards, define learning goals, assessments, learning activities and reflection exercises

  • You create graphics, animations, videos and other audio-visual elements in order to implement your concepts directly

  • By implementing appropriate success controls, you ensure that your concepts are motivating and that learners can apply the knowledge in practice

  • You evaluate external content sources with your didactic point of view and take part in the selection of content providers and their learning content

  • You manage the training courses and the training catalogue in our LMS (including scheduling, preparation and follow-up, communication with internal and external training partners and training providers)

  • You take on ownership of our learning management system, continuously improve it and support colleagues and user with your technical support

  • You ensure target group-oriented and learning-promoting design and preparation of complex learning content

Qualifications

Your passion is digital learning and, ideally, you already have professional experience in the design and development of high-quality e-learning solutions. With your work you will inspire others to learn and continually develop.

You are known for your great influencing, facilitation and partnering skills at all levels.

Working in a fast paced and international environment is something that excites you and you understand that being well-organised while remaining flexible and able to respond to changing priorities is essential for this.

You are proficient in written and verbal English and maybe even speak additional languages such as German, Italian, French or Spanish.

  • Completed degree in media design, media informatics, e-learning or comparable training
  • Experience in the didactic and methodological development of e-learning and video formats
  • Ability to translate complex content into digital educational formats
  • Proficient in the use of content authoring tools e.g. Articulate Storyline
  • International mindset, able to communicate and to work with other cultures
  • High customer service orientation
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and meticulous attention to detail
  • Very good influencing, communication and relationship building/maintenance skills
  • Well-organised, but flexible and able to respond to changing priorities
  • Experience with Learning and Talent Management System (ideally Cornerstone and Qualtrics)
  • Very good PC skills (MS Office 365)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Additional languages such as German, Italian, French or Spanish are an advantage
