Job Description

  • Develop eCommerce merchandising strategies that will help meet and/or exceed company revenue and profitability goals
  • Own the end-to-end management of seasonal product launches, ensuring new products are published in Shopify and optimized for conversion 
  • Use data analysis to identify and recommend improvements to the shopping experience to improve customer engagement, drive revenue, and increase conversion
  • Plan and execute campaigns across site real estate
  • Partner with Marketing, IT, Communications, and Commercial team to drive successful collaborative projects to completion
  • Create sales reporting to present to cross-functional teams
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to understand the current eCommerce sporting goods landscape
  • QA site and implement updates

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Merchandising, Business or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in merchandising, eCommerce, or a related field 
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with Shopify and Google Analytics is a plus 
  • Understanding of SEO best practices is a plus
