This position is based out of our Warehouse facility in Oakland. 

We are seeking a Warehouse Department manager for our warehouse who is detail-oriented and possesses the physical and mental stamina for this role. You will play an important role in ensuring our warehouse safety, high efficiency and accuracy, making sure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time by leading the daily activity. You will be responsible for your own team and sports within the warehouse and will have warehouse leader duties as opening and closing the building and making sure everyone is attending their shifts.

Job Responsibility including but not limited to:

• Organize picking, inventory, reception and replenishment in your department

• Develop teammates skills and daily training

• Communicate with stores to deliver needed products on time

• Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items 

• Improve Warehouse operations 

• Participate in weekly managers meetings to define the priorities  

• Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations at all times

• Wear protective clothing and equipment as required

• Work with other warehouse team members to effectively complete assigned tasks
