We are looking for someone who is driven by sport with a team player mindset, someone who has a high level of energy and is a natural problem solver. Sport is what we do, so for us it's extremely important that it is also a part of you.

We are looking for a bike mechanic for our warehouse to provide a stellar service and help our online customers with their bike maintenance needs over the phone but also to give a second life to bikes that online customers return. Part of your job would be to inspect bikes we receive at the warehouse, and making it available for a new customer. Another part is diagnosing an issue customers would have back at home and trying to help them fix their bike by advising and sending spare parts. So it is very important that you feel confident in bike mechanics combined with communication, problem solving and customer service skills.
