Job Description

As we are expanding rapidly we are looking for a superstar HR Generalist to bring onboard to help us support the needs of our teams. As an HR Generalist you will be supporting and dedicated to a great employee experience focused on operations, efficiency and quality delivery. 

Our ideal candidate is empathetic and approachable, passionate about delivering an amazing employee experience, is a team player, and has a great moral compass. This is an opportunity to assist and support a wide variety of HR operations as our needs change based on our expansion. Main functions will revolve around payroll processing and administering company benefits, including insurance, 401k, commuter etc. We focus on providing a type of culture that’s collaborative, inclusive and competitive. As an HR Generalist you will: 

  • Manage employee on-boarding, process payroll, benefits administration and off-boarding

  • Manage internal employee relations associated with best practices, payroll and benefits supporting employee self-service

  • Manage our HRIS as well as our timekeeping systems to streamline operations

  • Maintain all employment and payroll records

  • Assist in updating company human policy and procedures, including Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct etc.

  • Assist in compliance of all applicable state and federal laws, rules and policies including employee training

  • Assist in rolling out and maintaining programs focusing on employee engagement including surveys, newsletters etc. 


  • Passionate and/or love to practice sports 

  • Positive hands on attitude with a desire to learn

  • Prior experience in HR + processing payroll is a must

  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication 

  • Able to thrive and prioritize in a fast paced environment
