As a Retail Sales Manager at Decathlon, you'll be responsible for driving the strategy of your sports in the FIRST Decathlon store in the United States. You will be working closely with your customers as a trusted advisor to identify their needs and create “WOW” customer experiences. In this dynamic role, you will be building your product range online and offline. You will play a critical role in helping Decathlon grow, by recruiting your own team as well as building your sports community. This is a customer facing role based in-store with a retail schedule.
