Role: System Lead (Solution Architect / Technical Lead)

Location: San Diego, CA (100% onsite role)

Duration: Longterm Contract

Need local resource only  

Role in the Project: Responsible for the technical design, configuration, and integration of the Grants Management System.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead technical implementation of the SaaS solution.

Design system configuration to support:

grant lifecycle management

document management

workflow approvals

reporting and analytics

Coordinate system environments including development, testing, and production.

Ensure the system complies with:

City IT standards

security requirements

data integration requirements

Oversee integrations with other City systems and federal reporting systems.

Support system testing and system acceptance.
