Experience: 6–8 years

Digital:

SAP SuccessFactors – Performance Management, Goal Management (SF-PMGM)

SAP SuccessFactors – Learning Management System (SF-LMS)

Role Description :

Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Succession Management.

Designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in a SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment.

Managing efficient and effective operation of the LMS to meet business needs.

Expertise in LMS reporting; exposure to PRD reporting.

Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration and Succession Management.

Experience working with integrations within the SuccessFactors module.

At least one full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors OR two support engagements.
