Role Summary:

Responsible for supporting and developing Pega applications, ensuring production stability, and implementing best practices for application maintenance and enhancements. Must have Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on development and production support in Pega applications

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in production environments

Collaborate with business analysts and project teams to implement solutions

Participate in design, testing, and deployment of Pega changes

Maintain and enhance system documentation and adhere to governance processes.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of Pega development or support experience

Certified System Architect (CSA) certification required

Strong understanding of Pega architecture and application development

Experience with hybrid work environments and coordination across multiple locations

Nice to Have / Desirable:

Experience in complex Pega workflow automation projects

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Exposure to integration with external systems and databases.
