Direct Responsibilities:

Experienced with assisting clients with IT outsourcing services, and familiar with current market trends and industry innovations. Familiar with other public agency outsourcing agreements and strategies for minimizing risk while maximizing value to the organization. Responsible for allocating and applying corporate resources to ensure City access to the right experience and expertise to maximize the value from the engagement. Responsible for providing legal analysis and advice to City Attorney and Department of IT relating to contractual issues, interpretation and relative risks. Additionally responsible for leading engagement during contract negotiations phase.
