Job Description:

• Manage the ILEC Meet-Point Mailbox, processing ~400 monthly requests for circuit information between CLLI codes.

• Respond to customer requests for meet-point information, perform redesigns, and help establish new meet-points.

• Operate the XML mailbox to process requests for establishing or updating Local Service Request (LSR) XML Gateway connectivity.

• Create CLEC test and production APPL IDs to facilitate customer order submissions.

• Coordinate and facilitate calls among test managers, IT, and customers for platform testing, troubleshooting, and migrations.

• Understand circuit provisioning, CLLI codes, and mailbox operations.

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or 5–8 years of experience in telecom operations, customer service, or technical support.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with LSRs, XML gateway interfaces, and wholesale telecom processes.

• Skilled in technical troubleshooting and customer communication.

• Ability to manage and prioritize high-volume requests in a fast-paced environment.
