Job Description:   (1-3 yrs exp)

·         Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers and switches);

·         Assist in network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations;

·         Provide Level-1/2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues;

·         Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure;

·         Assist in the implementation of security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team; Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution;

·         Proven hands-on network experience;

·         CCNA or higher; Familiar with networking fundamentals such as 802.11, VLan and VRFs;

·         Good understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model; Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools.      

·         Cisco family of routers and switches (Catalyst); Juniper family of router, switches and Mist.

·         InfoBlox IPAM, DNS and DHCP. Solarwinds NPM.
