Project Title: HHS Cisco Phone Migration

Onsite at San Jose,  CA

Duration: 9-12 Months Contract 

Description: The project scope involves onboarding, Deploying, configuring, and verifying 125 IP phones and 1 VG-410-24 on Cisco CUCM 14.x. This includes setting up user profiles, configuring phone settings, and ensuring proper integration with the network. Post-deployment verification ensures functionality, followed by providing next-day support to address any issues and ensure smooth operation.

Deliverables:

1. Objective – Installation and support of approximately 125 VOIP phones.

2. Assess – Develop scope of work for the installation and support.

3. Recommend – Use Contractor that is familiar with SCVMC Call Manger configuration.

4. Implement – HHS Telecom to shadow Cisco technicians in the installation and configuration of phones.

5. Test - Vendor to provide all testing and commissioning of phones.

6. Knowledge Transfer – Provide education to users and HHS Telecom as build configurations and training material.
