Job Description
Opportunity for Impact
As the first dedicated People position, the Director of People will play a foundational role in building our ability to attract, develop and retain a team that will be defining the future of test automation on a global scale.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Own employee growth, satisfaction and experience
Create, develop and manage programs for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and development for employees and managers
Develop and manage recruiting strategies to expand talent pipeline
Define recruiting metrics and reporting including implementing Applicant Tracking System
Roll out and manage our existing benefits
Expand and manage DEI initiatives
Qualifications
Professional Qualifications:
5+ years of talent acquisition and/or people operations experience with at least 3+ years in a high-growth SaaS company
Demonstrated ability both to run searches individually and to uplevel the skillsets of partner hiring managers.
Experience building a People team, including hiring and transitioning responsibilities to align with company growth.
Experienced working with distributed and co-located teams
Exceptionally results-focused
