Opportunity for Impact
As the first dedicated People position, the Director of People will play a foundational role in building our ability to attract, develop and retain a team that will be defining the future of test automation on a global scale.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Own employee growth, satisfaction and experience
Create, develop and manage programs for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and development for employees and managers
Develop and manage recruiting strategies to expand talent pipeline
Define recruiting metrics and reporting including implementing Applicant Tracking System
Roll out and manage our existing benefits
Expand and manage DEI initiatives
5+ years of talent acquisition and/or people operations experience with at least 3+ years in a high-growth SaaS company
Demonstrated ability both to run searches individually and to uplevel the skillsets of partner hiring managers.
Experience building a People team, including hiring and transitioning responsibilities to align with company growth.
Experienced working with distributed and co-located teams
Intellectual inquisitiveness, truth seeker and data centric with the ability to ask effective questions and emotionally intelligent to build strong trust with leaders and employees.
Strong desire and ability to educate others and share knowledge across a variety of potential audience types.
Deeply responsible and accountable with strong attention to detail
Confident, informed opinions, but loosely held in the presence of other equally informed colleagues or data to the contrary
Collaborative, marked by transparency, flexibility and mental dexterity
An exceptional communicator in both written and verbal interactions; always being supportive in feedback, whether in accelerating things that are going well or giving tough feedback to realign expectations/goals
