The Role:
We’re looking for a tech-forward, detail-obsessed data operator who knows that manual tasks should only be manual once. You’ll be diving into documents, sites, and systems to extract data, organize it, and upload it to our CRM—but the real magic happens when you start building better, faster ways to do it.

If you love automating repetitive tasks, tinkering with Python scripts, or experimenting with AI tools to increase efficiency, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do:

• Extract structured data from unstructured sources (PDFs, websites, spreadsheets, etc.)

• Organize and clean data into usable formats (CSV, Sheets, etc.)

• Upload, tag, and manage data within our CRM (HubSpot, Brevi, etc.)

• Build lightweight scrapers, scripts, or workflows to streamline recurring tasks

• Use and explore AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up and optimize data work

• Proactively recommend smarter systems and tools to improve our operations

Must-Haves:

• Strong comfort with data extraction and wrangling

• Working knowledge of Python (especially for web scraping or automation)

• Familiarity with APIs, CSVs, JSON, and how data likes to travel

• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Brevo, or similar)

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data integrity

• Curiosity and willingness to learn + test AI/automation tools regularly

• Self-starter energy with a “find a better way” mindset

• English - spoken, written, and understanding is a must. 

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience using tools like BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or Playwright

• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools like Zapier, Make, or Airtable

• Built a chatbot or used AI for data cleanup or categorization

• Enjoyed building scrapers, dashboards, or smart workflows just for fun
