Role: IT Project Manager

Primary Responsibilities: 

 

1. Strategic leader managing high impact Digital IT projects; responsible for delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
2. Demonstrate thought leadership in Digital and internet technology trends to lead the definition and implementation of programs supporting the company’s Digital strategy.
3. Lead all phases of IT project including problem definition, analysis, solution conceptualization, requirement definition, development and implementation including authoring related documents such as business and functional requirements.
4. Design and develop proposals, usability studies, software evaluations and buy vs. build recommendations. Manage vendor relationships.
5. Responsible for successful system implementations including customer feedback, communication strategies and all other aspects of project communications.
6. Facilitate understanding and adoption of Technology solutions by being a Business Consultant and IT liaison.

 

Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:

 

Required

1. Minimum 10 years of experience implementing external website technologies including search, content management systems, eCatalogs, SEO/SEM, social communities, mobile web and 3rd party packages.  Ideal candidate will have Enterprise level experience implementing Adobe CQ5, Hybris and/or Endeca technologies.
2. Strong understanding of Digital Experience, Content Management, & eMarketing strategies. Ability to review Site Analytics and Business Models to gain strategic insights and develop recommendations to optimize Customer Experience and Generate Demand.
3. IT project management with demonstrated experience working in a fast paced environment managing multiple, complex projects - leading cross functional teams to deliver quality solutions. Demonstrated experience using project management methodologies.
4. Solid understanding of IT systems including system design, databases and programming concepts especially HTML, browsers, Javascript, Web Services and AJAX.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for driving strategic initiatives through large and diverse organizations. Excellent customer service & communication skills.
6. Must be able to occasionally travel worldwide and flex daily work schedule to allow for time-zone differences for global team communications.

 

Educational Required/Desired: 

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or Marketing OR equivalent experience and knowledge required.
• MBA or Masters in Information Technology Management preferred.
• Project Management Certification strongly desired.
